At Epson LabelWorks, we stand behind the precision and reliability of our labeling solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware or unopened supplies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the serial number of your LabelWorks device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and industrial tape cartridges that were included in the box.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the exterior of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to prevent processing delays.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
